Special Features

Reliable and very compact, moderate fluidity. It contains elements that provide the brazed parts with extraordinary mechanical resistance and a particular chemical stability retarding corrosion.

Applications

Mostly applicable on ferrous and non-ferrous joints. Especially advised for manufacture and maintenance of storage equipment for human-consumed food. Good resistance to mechanical demands such as vibration with temperature change. For brazing in copper, brass, chrome-nickel steel and tempered cast pieces. Refrigerating equipment pipe joints. Electric equipment set-up. Carbide assembly on cutting tools.

ARGENTA 30 FC must be used along with ARGENTA "U" flux cream or U.S. Flux powder for the removal and elimination of oxides in the area to be brazed and to prevent the formation of new oxides in the brazing process.

Appearance

Ø 1.6 mm and 2.0 mm x 450 mm rods.
